5 ideas for the week ahead:
1.) Treat yourself to a bubble bath one night and some downton abbey on netflix (above). They go really well together.
2.) Teach yourself to make bread. Here's a great tutorial from king arthur flour! (Just be sure to plan ahead!)
3.) Have a puzzle & vino night with friends. Who doesn't love a good jigsaw? (Try a wasgij - so fun!)
4.) Wake up a little bit earlier than normal one morning, and do some sun salutations to start the day off the right way.
5.) Try eating vegan for one day. And see how you feel. You might surprise yourself!
